rear sag 200 1986

hello fellow brickheads....the rear of my 86 244 is sagging a bit these days and I read that this is often caused by rear trailing arm bushing wear...i looked under the car and they seem to be pretty easy to access. i was wondering if they came out easily and if they go in easily. do i need to remove the arm totally and use a press to replace them or do they simply slide right it? i have done bushings on rear leaf springs on detroit iron several times and they can be a pain and once neccessitated freezing the bushing to shrink it just enough to pop it in....does anything like this ever occur on bricks?
