93-960 steering /brake vibration 900 1993

Ok here go's First timer.93 960 194000 runs great but I'm looking for some help at about 55 plus mild brake pressure will creat excessive steering wheel shake but hard brake pedal pressure not as bad shake.Here's what I've done so far new rotors and front brakes also double check runout ok,tie rod ends, lower ball joints,strut bushings inner and outer,front struts.
Things yet to try 388mm struts?Bleed the brakes,Again. Another set of rotors?Steering assemble?Bad brakes pads?
Also the frontend is tight have looked at it over an over again.At a lost right now with this problem.Also I am looking for a web site with a vacuum diagram of the inside of the car A/C problem also?
