Hi. I drive a '90 240 wagon, 110k miles, that needs a NY safety inspection. It runs great and gets 25mpg, but the idle is a little rough, like the throttle body needs a cleaning. Is that going to interfere with passing an emisssions test? Your responce is appreciated.
