turn signal is blinking fast on '92 240 200

my sister's '92 240 turn signal blinks fast when signaling to the right. to the left is blinks as it normally should. is this something which could be rectified by replacing a fuse(and if so, which one?), or is it something more complex? thank you and have a splendid day!
