1994 960 Climate Control Fault Code 900 1994

I'm getting a 3-1-3 Fault code from the climate control.The air blows, but not very cold and the fan isn't running real hard. I tried the 700/900 FAQ section, the link to climate control doesn't work. Anyone know this? Any experience? Thanks in advance-
