Hi Has anybody repaired the tubes that go into the steering rack. Mine seems to have sprung a major leak down there. I will go under and look tomorrow just adjusting to the fact that I will have to do that today. My son had the same problem and said the tubes just rusted thru from the outside. I think it is spite on the 740's part because I just bought an 98 v70 that needs a head gasket that I was going to do on the weekend. The 740 does not like sharing the driveway I think. If anybody has any thoughts on brazing new tubes on please let me know. The 16v has 240,000 miles on it and runs great. Touch wood.
