Ignition tumbler removal? 200

I am stripping out an 89 245 and would like to keep the hatch, door and ignition locks.

No problem with the hatch and door mechanism removal, but I have never been able to figure out how to remove the ignition tumblers.

I know there has to be a way to remove the tumblers if you have the key. Most sets come out with the key in the "on" position.

Does anyone know how to remove the tumbler assembly in the Volvo ignition?? Thanks for any help.
