Horn Issue Again 900 1994

I just took out the SRS from the steering wheel and polished the connections good several months ago. Today, I noticed that that darn thing doesn't blow. This is the third time in last two years and my patience is wearing thin. Anyone having a same problem, any solutions, tips, etc. out there?
