Came across this company in sweden that makes turbo kits for a bunch of cars.

B20s are on page 61(62 has stuff for b21s, b23s, ans b230s).
It's all in Swedish but I think I can make out some of it.
There are two kits, one for a 140 HP B20 and one for a 180 HP B20.
They include a low compression head gasket- 8:1
Uses a Garrett T3 Turbo.
It appears from the picture that you use the stock cast orin manifold, and bolt the turbo to it.
Once i get MS installed in my 140 I would like to turbocharge it, however it has an E head and 10.5:1 comprssion. I was thinking of keeping that head just using a smaller mitsubishi turbo at around 4-6 lbs of boost, with a knock sensing ignition and most likely an intercooler.
2 questions:
Can I keep the E- head and that CR?
Would I be better off buying that kit or just going to the local Hot Rod shop and have them make me an exhaust manifold?-I know someone who works there and makeing a manifold would cost about the same as buying one.
