Help needed with Garrett TB 25 turbo rebuild 700 1991

Hello, This turbo is from a 91 740, and has been costing me a fortune in oil leaking out the turbocharger.



I have ordered the rebuild kit with lots of new O-rings, wasthers, bearings etc. As you can see from the image, I have removed the turbine housing, but can't see how to get at the contents of the shaft housing to start replacing all the old stuff. I have read the FAQ info, but some more detail would be useful.

Any help or suggestions would be great.
