Do it yourself headliner board. 700

I drove the 88 765T this morning for the first time since 3" of rain acculmulated in the floorboards. The new headliner board from a single piece of 1/8" masonite is in place. I trimmed it with a reworked ceramic tile nibbler until all of the fasteners fit up, and got a pretty good fit. The only area that posed a slight problem was just behind the sunroof pan where the factory board has a rise molded in. I put in some thick foam from a set of leather wagon rear seats that was headed out to the pick and pull to compensate for the straight board.

Once all of the trim has been fitted, I will take it back out and make a tracing on Craft Paper for future reference. If there is an interest, I will be happy to post pictures of the project.

Regards,
