No start/fuel soaked spark plugs 120-130

Trying to troubleshoot a no start on my 66 122. Pulled the spark plugs (brand new) and found them to be saturated with fuel.

1) Are they salvageable--can I just let them dry off then put 'em back in?

2) What causes the plugs to get saturated with fuel?
