lots of problems with a turbo wagon 200

I have a '84 turbo wagon and it is having lots of gray and blue smoke. and oil is running out of the backside of the turbo! when i drive it it doesn't wanna boost and with it to the floor it won't even pull at all it stumbles and wants to die if you have some or the answers help me
