very creaky front end / extra hot dash in 84 240 dl 200 1984

I have had my 84 for around a year now, and during this summer I have noticed that my front end creaks and groans very loudly when ever the car is turned, it is the most loud when it is hot out. It is obvious that some bushings or joints need to be replaced but I am not sure excatly which ones, or if this is the problem at all. If someone has experienced this same problem or knows what to fix/replace, please drop me a line.

another thing that I am looking to fix is the valve to the heater core. I have already replaced my heater blower (very big job) but now even when I have the temp control turned to cold, the valve still puts hot water to the heater core, let me remind you that its summer and the car can get very hot, especially inside the dash. If anyone has any help or hints on how to replace the valve or other probable causes, please let me know. Thanks in advance
