power steering leaks,1989 240 dl

Need help, I can't keep power steering fluid in the car. Have leaks all over passenger side of engine compartment. Its coming out of the rubber boot on rack pinion unit. Is there supposed to be clamps or something on the ends of the rubber boot? (none on mine). Do I need to just replace the boot or the whole rack pinion system.

I tried leak sealer for power steering system but didn't work.
