Coil springs for volvo 240 wagon 200 1991

Replacing rear bushings and coils on wagon per shop recommendation. Any recommendations for coils? Considering:
(1) FCPGroton's Scan Tech coils for wagons ($80 pair)
(2) FCP's Scan Tech Heavy duty coils ($86 pair)
(3) NAPA progressive replacement springs. ($80 pair)
By the way, buddy has the tool and experience for bushings - I'm wary but confident.
