ECU compatibility bewteen 1994 and 1995 900 1995

The ECU on my 1994 945 Turbo is made in Germany and has the number
0 280 000967

The ECU on my daughter's 1995 944 Turbo is made in Spain and has the number
0 280 000954

Can I swap them out to check for the problem on the 1995?
