tensioner assembly - where to order? 200 1989

I need to replace the tensioner screw (short, not long) on one of the tensioner assemblies in my 1989 volvo 240 DL Sedan (for the PS pump). Dealer says they only come as a set -- which is fine -- but I am having a difficult time finding a place to order them online. Any suggestions? I also need to replace the screw for the rear tensioner arm on the A/C clutch. No one seems to know what this screw is or the size (it's the screw that bolts the slider arm onto the housing). Help! Thanks...
