P1800 M41 fit into my 142? 140-160

My '70 142S has a M40 and I'd love to have overdrive. I found a '68 P1800 in a local salvage yard with a M41. Is there any reason that this transmission can't be used in my 142? By any luck could I get any of the other items I'll need for the conversion from this car, like the trannsmission mount or front half of the driveshaft?
