If any of you are in VCOA and interested in starting a chapter, I need at least 3 more VCOA members to start the Chesapeake Chapter of the VCOA. Send me your email, VCOA number, name, address and phone number and I can get this chapter started! Thanks! Jim jimjmorris@juno.com
