Fuel Pressure Regulator - Where is it? 200 1988

After reading many of the posts and answers regarding a similar problem I'm having with occasional non-starting and rough running, I'd like to take a look at my fuel pressure regulator. The only problem is that I can't seem to locate it. I have a Haynes manual (I know, I'll eventually get a Bentley) but it doesn't have a very good description or picture of the regulator. Can someone out there tell me what it looks like and where it's located?

I'm actually fairly adept at working on this car although this post may seem otherwise.
