while writing this I found the problem well almost.
If I wiggle the haress by the steering colum the lighting problem goes away and now its gone, loose plug to cluster? push pull wiggle gone. the problem was.....


lights out =blinker \ lights on= no blinker\ lights on dash dimmed = blinker

how is the dimmer to the dash conected to the blinkers?

tried known good light: relay,dimmer switch,blinker high beam switch,blinker relay



So now my question is Dose an intermitaint lighting issue pose any running,driving or saftey concerns

got some good ideas for tail light fix just havent figured out where or what to post I fixed mine with :

low heat solder paste for cracks in foil

low heat solder tape and copper foil for stained glass for wher the socket meets foil, poke small holes in circut board push through the foil placing a small pice of tape under near hole. lay foil poke through and tape other side now just heat with lighter slowley passing over it . Good As New well almost

milk jug and card board some other day
