radiator replacement 200 1993

i am seeking info on replacing my 1993/240 radiator as to:
1. the best made brand and fit, is there one vs another that is constructed better and does the best job of cooling.
2.directions for doing the replacement.
3.since i will have this dismanteled should i also be doing some additional prevent maint to save me from revisiting this area again.
