Broken AC Pulley 700 1992

My AC pulley cracked. I purchased a used AC Compressor and want to remove the pulley from that and remove/replace the broken one. I've removed the bolt in the center of the pulley. Now I need to know how to remove the pulley/clutch piece. There are 3 small threaded holes in the piece that look like they might hold a special tool to remove the pulley.

Advice???
