Volvo 240 wheels for my 740 700 1991

I just bought a set of four aluminum rims from a 1988 Volvo 240 found in a junkyard. These are slated to be used on my 1991 740. However, when I tried them last night I found and interference fit where the wheen hits against the disc brake assembly.

The info on the rims is as follows: 6x15x20 6040 1272356.

I think that I may need a spacer between the wheel and the disc, or maybe change out the rotor for one that has a higher top hat part to space out the wheel.

Does anyone have any experience doing this, or any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
