Just hoping for some advice on my volvo...

I recently inherited an '87 760 turbo with a fried engine that had been sitting for 3 years. I got the engine replaced (Used with 110K on it already) and just got the car back from the mechanic a week ago. There's a whole list of problems though that I would appreciate any advice on:

- AC+Heater dont work. When I turn them on air comes out but it is always at the same temp (neither warm nor cold). Also sometimes a whistling noise when its on.

- Turbo doesn't seem to pick up. The needle doesn't even go in the yellow.

- The engine lacks power and runs very roughly. I know the exhaust manifold is cracked though...

- engine is pinging.
