Need Mechanic in Metro Detroit Area for Air Condition Retrofit R12 to R134 200 1990

I need a metro-Detroit area mechanic. My "Volvo Only" mechanic does not retrofit A/C ... Speedy Auto does not have the tools. Does anyone know of a shop / mechanic that can do this for me?

Any idea of the cost for labor / parts?

Would it be less expensive if I purchased the kit myself? (and have the mechanic install)
