anti seize stain removal on new dash pad 120-130

Was lubing up the heater control cable with anti seize compound/ PB Blaster, and accidentally got some of the anti seize on my new dash pad.

I got most of it off, but still some remains. Any ideas of best way/ product to get the rest of it off, without damaging the dash pad?
