I tried the FAQ's on this and could not find an answer. My '89 740 GL sedan door locks all work properly from the master driver door and individually from inside the car, with one exception. The two rear door locks do not always open all the way and I must trigger the master 2-3 times. In addition, the latch on the outside of both rear doors sticks in the "pressed" position once the door is opened. It has to be manually pulled back before the door can be closed.

Is this likely to be just a "clean & lubricate" issue on the two rear doors, or might there be a mechanical issue in either the locking mechanisms or the door handles.
