Power Seat Calibration (w/memory) 900 1995

Does anyone have info on the calibration procedure for power seats with memory?

I purchased an ALLDATA DYI subscription for our 1995 940T wagon and it describes the the method for manual fault tracing / calibration using the DLC, but does not describe the codes other than to say "Codes for DTM 1 are listed and explained in the table on page 9 of the SM; use of DTM 4 (calibration) is described on SM page 7."

Thanks in advance for any info.
