'89 765t no start mystery 700 1989

A few months ago, my 765t was having some starting issues. It would crank and crank before it would finally start. Eventually, it didn't start at all. As we just had our first child, I was a bit busy to try and fix the second car we weren't using. Now that we plan to use it again, I've been working on it. So far, I have verfied spark and fuel. When I turn the key to "Run", the warning lights come on, but the "Oil", "Antilock", and "SRS" lights come on to a full brightness. The others stay dim. I'm guessing I have a ground issue, but I'm trying to figure out where.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
