Reading the Timing Marker... 200 1986

I'm having one heck of a time trying to find 12 degrees on the timing marker plate. I'm seeing 0's, 2's and lines. Where is twelve?? Seems silly, but I'm really stumped, and couldn't find an answer in the archives. I'm viewing my B230F from the front of the car...

Thanks very much everyone,
Brendan.
