Tranny and radiator flush 200 1990

I would like to know how to flush the tranny and the radiator in my 1990 240. Is it a simple and cheaper to tackle or have one of these lube shop do? Any input as to the 'how to' or difficulty in doing this job will be greatly be appreciated.
