Hi everyone

My rear seat belts have lost their tension or recoil. They won't wind back on their own if you let go. I have to coax the belts back. Both sides are the same. I have no problem pulling them though. The FAQ touches on stuck belts only

Can they be repaired? How do I assess the the retractor mechanism for the rear seat belts
