where is the valve to add freon on an 86 760T wagon 700

Hi My Daugher is driving up to visit me tomorrow. She told me that her a/c is not working. The car has been converted to R134A. I have several cans of freon
but am not sure where the valve is located to add it. Your help would be appreciated.
