Gas mileage getting worse with each tank. 200

Last month I had some crazy problems with my 91, it stumbled and the throttle dropped out, even with my foot on the gas. I got a check engine light and found 3 fault codes:

121
232
and
214

After checking everything I noticed the vacuum line on the FPR was disconnected, so I reconnected it and cleared the codes. None of them came back.

I borrowed a PID gas meter from the office (I'm an Enviro Eng.) and sniffed out 160ppm at the exhaust pipe and 50ppm (questionable) at the vacuum line running to the FPR.

It seems like I might still be running rich, but not rich enough to set off the Check Engine light. I might also have a blown diaphram in my FPR.

I have been trouble free the the last 500 miles, since I reconnected the FPR.
So I filled up this morning and it looks like the car managed only 18mpg. When I bought the car 6 months ago it was getting 24mpg(26 on the highway).

WHAT is going on? Right before I started having problems with the FPR I had added a bottle of seafoam to the tank in hopes of correcting the dropping fuel efficiency.

I had the 214 code, but did nothing to the car to fix the problem. I ran through all the LH computer tests outlined in the bentley manual and found no problems. I also tested the O2 sensor and found it to work well.

Before you suggest it, let me cut you off, I only drive in the morning and the late evening, so I don't use my AC that much...even in Houston.

Yesterday i thought i smelled a spot of gas when i did turn the AC on. It also smells like burning when i start it, but the smell goes away quickly. Additionally it idles a little rough, so I am going to clean the TB next weekend when I am putting HDs and EST springs on her.
