Does anyone know anything about the Voxx wheels offered by IPD?

Also when I bought my 95 940 in 2000 it came with Panther wheels.
When I put new tires on, they balanced the tires following the Volvo specs, but the weights on the rims of the front wheels were hitting the struts. They removed them and rebalanced gluing the weights inside the wheel.

I tried to rotate the tires last weekend and found the rear wheels still had the weights on the rims. I also noticed some fresh nicks on the front struts apparently from occasional contact with the wheel. With the car on the jackstand, the clearance between the front wheel and the strut is 1/8" or less.

I've looked at spacers, but they don't seem to be available for the 940, at least not the good ones. Wheel replacement appears to be the only option.
