945T 1991 Noisy belt/chirping/squeaky noise when cold

I have a 945T that makes a loud chirping/fan belt noise when the engine is cold (it is NOT a squealing noisy that one gets when belt is slipping). After about half an hour, it goes away.

Any idea what I should look for.
