Where the heck can I get a license plate bracket? No junkyards close...... 200

The original bracket was "fused" to the car. Had to drill out the bolts to get the past owners plate off.

I've checked all the parts stores, where can I find a front/rear bracket? No junkyards close and my guess is that they'd also be wasted.

Also, what the heck were the Swedes drinking when they designed the oil filter location??? No access and even if you're careful the motor mount gets a nice dose of corrosive oil. Love everything else about the car but that.
