No spark. Please help with troubleshooting. 120-130

Last week it was running. The only electrics I messed with was reinstalling the horn and attempting to reconnect the headlight flasher upgrade, which means I was messing around w/the relays. Blew fuse #2 in there somewhere, but there all OK now. Anyway the Cranes was working well, and now there's no spark. All wiring seems OK and it's grounded.
What could it be?
What's the best way to troubleshoot?
