Brake line size and type fittings...? 140-160

So I'm going to get custom SS lines made to replace the current rear brake lines and the bias valves back there... I was wondering if anyone knew what size and type(metric or not?) fittings are involved where the hard lines from the front of the car go into the bias valve, and what size/type of fitting is at the axle end of the soft lines... Anyone know?
