A couple 240DL issues - sagging rear end 200

Hi there! I've been on and off the board since I got "Bessie", my '86 240DL, and I have a few questions for you:

2)I have the typical old Volvo rear-end sag. Also, the rear end knocks on medium-to-hard stops. What's the fix?
