strange, eerie noises S90-V90

Hi guys....1997 960 with 118000, I got it last year and right away had TB and all belts done promptly. Soon after, I had loss of power on highway and "whiny-squeely" noise.The TB was checked and re-checked, A-OK, So it was the middle exhaust pipe, a double wall pipe- it collapsed at around 105K.

OK, so as of late I get me some weird noises that seem to be coming right from the belts/pulleys....they go away when the car is warmed up- hhmmm!
And sometimes I never even hear them, (and yes, the radio is off!)
Sometimes very loud some times real faint...

Any thoughts or suggestions regarding this?!?!
