Okay i need to know exactly what i need for my heater operation :) 200

Hey Guys,
My heater core has been d/c from the previous owner (i'm guessing due to a leak). The A/C works so-so (needs charge) and the fan has begun to hit something as it rotates.

I've decided to operate and to fix everything that i need to in one shot. Exactly what do i need to replace becuase i don't want to fix just the fan and core and then have to break into the whole thing again. Any small parts that tend to break and need to be replaced?

This is on a 1982 240 DL sedan non-turbo with b21f engine.

Also any instructions would really be helpful. I think art had a page up way back...a link would really be nice.
