tach fluctuating 900

Dear Fellow Bricksters
Hopefully you can help.92 940 turbo back in the sping time I replaced
plugs,rpm sensor,wires BOUGICORD,and fuel pump relay just for maintenance
reasons. However a month ago on startup in the morning I wasnt getting much
of a fast idle,maybe 900rpm would settle after warmup 700-750rpm, than
suddenly drop to 350-500rpm however car wasnt dying,after 30 secondsor so
would jump to 750 rpm again. Also on startup I HAVE NO MOVEMENT ON TACH,
TACH JUMPS ONCE CAR STARTS. OTHER THAN THAT CAR RUNS FINE.ANY SUGGESTIONS
WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
