High crank case pressure 200 1990

I replaced the oil separator, all associated lines, and I still have what I would call high crank pressure. The car has 215,000 miles on it, is this just normal ring wear and blow by? Is this what I should expect from a car this old, and short of and overhaul, it is what it is?
