We finally managed to win a race at Hallett this past weekend in COMMA class PA. Not much of a PA field I'm afraid, just my 142E and two other cars showed up to race in 90+ temp and matching humidity. But Hey... those other two cars were both German sports cars... you know, the ones that start with the letter "P"? At the checkered flag, it was the 142, followed by a 912, followed by a 2.0 914. We also managed to beat one of the PS cars (next class up), a 3.0 V6 Nissan 200SX. Admittedly, the Nissan was driven by a rookie driver... but it was fun figuring out (and executing) a way around him; needless to say, he was MUCH faster on the straight bits.
