If the problem is fuel delivery when warm/hot, you probably have a minor vapor lock issue.
There is a fuel check valve inline to the fuel filter and main pump (under the car near the rear). The check valve keeps fuel from running backwards after the car is shut off (and pushed back due to engine bay heat when warm).
This check valve tends to stick open when old, hence is not doing any job in keeping fuel line pressure and inhibiting vapor lock.
That's what fixed my problem. Took a bit of time and mess to change, careful not to bust any hoses. Put new clamps and fuel washers, and a new filter while at it. The check valve cost around 15 bucks.
