water pump replacement 140-160

I have decided to replace the water pump anyway. I read the service manual but would appreciate any tips the community has to offer. I mean it says to remove the radiator and after it just bolts out, replacement is opposite using new seals. Again any tips would be appreciated. Thank you in advance
