fuel system mods? 1800

The few D-jet to Weber converted cars I have seen didn't run right. I think that getting the jetting right without access to a dynamometer and plenty of skill is a low probability event.

You can buy remanufactured injectors for as low as $30 and new Bosch ones for $53 at rockauto.com and other sources. IPD is almost never the low cost source for Volvo parts. IPD is a great place to buy the specialized items they make or have made, but for everything else where they are just an auto parts store you can do much better other places.

Personally I continue to run the D-jet on my '72 ES and have had very little trouble with it. The last failure was the fuel pressure regulator several years ago.

I think that starting down the Weber road is going to take you on a more painful journey than you might think and it is highly unlikely to get you to the same performance and economy D-jet can provide.

John
